Abu Dhabi completes world’s highest penthouse bridge
Abu Dhabi-based developer Sorouh Real Estate has set up the final section of the penthouse bridge at its Gate Towers project on the Shams Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island. At 65-floors high, it is actually the world’s highest penthouse bridge structure for a residential development. The concluding section of the bridge was elevated 245m and lifted into its final position during the period of four days and stretches across all three Gate Towers. Lifting the penthouse bridge at the Gate Towers needed world-leading specialist expertise. Each room of the 16 penthouse apartments within the bridge structure capping the Gate Towers will consists of two stories each and five will feature an enclosed garden area spanning between the towers and an exclusive view down from an elliptical opening.
